This is reasonably priced for what you get. Timeless, cheerful pattern. The blues in the pattern go more toward the navy/ink blues, so doesn't quite match with the more cobalt blues of Spode. If the teapot it completely full it can be a bit hard to pick up, but otherwise it's a great little set.Botanic Blue Tea Set

This is a beautiful tea set. I ordered it for my granddaughter for Christmas and was thrilled when I opened the box (a lovely storage box in the same pattern as the china). However, the only packaging inside the box was some cardboard dividers to separate the pieces. The teapot lid was inverted over the creamer and in shipping, vibrated against each other, breaking the creamer and the lid. So...it had to be returned and at the time there were no replacements available. A few sheets of tissue paper stuffed around the pieces to cushion them during shipment could avoid future mishaps.

This set is truly beautiful and can be used for even a formal occasion. The cups are also a nice size and weight. My only disappointment is that it's only two cups and saucers and not four. An elegant addition for anyone who want to have "tea for two."

This tea set was received in broken condition, returned, and the replacement received broken as well. At that point Amazon declined to replace it again. Do not buy.

I LOVE this tea set, but buyer beware: it is not packaged correctly and items will be broken. One of my tea cups was PULVERIZED and Amazon won't replace just the cup. I got $10 back but to buy a replacement cup and saucer it will cost me MORE than $10. This is a very poor policy.

I absolutely love this tea set! I bought it as a Birthday gift for a friend of mine from Belarus. She didn't have a tea set here so I thought it would be the perfect gift and it was! We both love it. I received it in one day and was able to give it to her on her birthday. It came in a beautiful matching gift box. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive beautiful gift or a tea set for yourself. Enjoy tea for two!

I bought this set for my wife. She always wanted a tea set since she was a little girl. This set has the classic design of what you picture in a movie, museum, or a mansion in Newport, Rhode Island. It is of excellent quality and design. It came wrapped well in a matching box. She now has it on display in the dining room. A great value.

I don't understand how people cannot give this 5 stars! The box it arrives in is beautiful, in the same pattern as the tea set. The items have an intricate pattern, and the edges have a pretty detail. There is a pretty butterfly on the inside of each cup - I liked it so much, I almost thought about keeping it for myself!
