Oh my! The first butter dish arrived broken (only took two days to get here). I called and absolutely no hassle only a most gracious apology and promise to get a new one out immediately. It was here in the day after... beautiful and fully intact! I was amazed and so thankful for amazon shopping.

It took a while for Amazon to get better packaging for this product, but they did come through. I was amazed it appears they took my suggestions (and probably other folks') to use more bubble wrap. Nice to know Amazon actually listens to their customers. This butter dish is exquisite.
