Packaging issue,

The bowl is beautiful -- ordered it as a gift. My issue is not with the product, but with the packaging. It was packed with very little bubble-wrap and arrived shattered. I reported the problem and was promptly sent another bowl, packaged in the same manner, so . . . it arrived shattered also. AMAZINGLY wasteful. Cancelled the order and will buy the gift locally.
