About the Author
Barbara De Witt is an award-winning fashion writer who recently retired as the fashion editor of the Los Angeles Daily News. Her work has appeared across the country, including the New York Times, The Miami Herald and Denver Post. She and her husband Don live in Los Angeles where she is working on a book of fiction.

I own this book and have found the stories inside to be quite inspirational. Living with someone who has Lupus can be very trying at times but this book reminds me of the struggles that these very brave people encounter on a daily basis and how they have triumphed as well. I enjoy reading about their successes and can learn from them myself. Well worth reading and a very simple read. Not complicated at all.
