READ THE BOOK;CHANGE YOUR LIFE,

Positive Directions is brilliantly simple. Ryder treats you with intelligence, a droll sense of humor; his absolute belief in his discoveries makes YOU believe. If you are impatient, as I was,you can jump around, choose from the the Master Keys; for ex. 7-The Flow and Exchange of Energy. Once I mastered it, if it was a day I didn't want to read or study, I could simply look at the chapter heading, and my day and attitude was improved. As I am a performer and acting coach, I'm describing emotional recall-one of the reasons I describe this book as brilliantly simple. In other words, take it one step at a time, use the excellent charts, and you will be working from your deliberate mind. If you think you've read all the "self -help" books you can stand, please realize that Positive Directions is in a class by itself.

TRIBUTE TO A TIMELY WORLD PSYCHOLOGY
POSITIVE DIRECTIONS by Dr. John Ryder is a really engaging read, devoted to developing successful change in our lives through eliminating stress and elevating happiness. I have concluded that his messages and methods work extremely well, as they have helped me immensely with my professional global endeavors. Located in Midtown Manhattan, I am a professor of world culture and communication, UN representative for world social development, and currently creator/chair of a special world conference Sophia 2010 Women and Wisdom to take place in Sofia, Bulgaria May 2010. Constantly, I encounter diverse communication dynamics of cultures that think and act based on polarities. It can be challenging and exhausting. I have applied his approach to understanding the complexity of polarities to my work,successfully reducing stress. Furthermore, I share his wisdom to help others, including my students, worldwide. As a professional who also helps people with human relationships, I realize that Dr. Ryder's vast education and extensive global experience have enabled him to integrate the best contributions Eastern and Western Civilizations have to offer to create a new world psychology. I recognize that he has addressed a quite complicated subject and explained it clearly for all of us to understand. I just started to read this book and what I learned in the third chapter about the triplex mind helped me so much to understand myself, my reactions to people and/or situations, that I already feel i got a tremendous amount from this book and I didn't even finish it yet! Everyday now I think twice before I say or do something, I try to use my deliberate mind, my higher self. it's a great read, you can learn so much about how the mind works, I'm loving it!
