A powerful motivational guide,

Since Siegel gives after every affirmation enough time for the listener to add some of his own I totally enjoy listening and repeating the positive ideas on this cassette tape.
This was recorded in the 1990s and was out of production, and it is good to see Amazon has new copies of it for sale. Since the one I had broke I was searching for a new copy of this best seller, and even emailed the creator Siegel who, to my surprise, said he did not even remember making any Positive New You tape. The affirmations and the way Siegel gives them, in my opinion, are intense and more powerful than most of the pathetic so-called positive thinking CDS put out by other people, with the exception of the ones produced by The Monroe Institute. I recommend this exceptional classical positive thinking cassette tape to anyone.
