I was fortunate enough to get an advance copy of this gem at the recent Gallup Institute Positive Psychology Summit where the author was a presenter.
This is a grand little text...I wish it had been available sooner. The author did a great job of wrapping her arms around a broad series of significant topics/concepts and presents them to her readers in a way that encourages/motivates the audience to further exploration of their own personal interests. This is a book for those who can appreciate a topographic map of the diverse terrain that falls in the domain of PP. The refererences are a gold mine - a listing of some of the finest minds and most productive researchers in this emerging field. |
