I used to have a cassette(back in the old days) of this same thing and it helped to so much it really works on your subconscience and conscience mind where I became a much more positive person. Through my moving of residency I lost the cassette then just recently I did a GOOGLE search and found it but now in cd form, even better.!!!!!! You do have to listen to it every night for at least 30 days while you are in bed at night
I really recommend this CD, I think most if not all of US need a positive thinking and outlook in life especially at times like these.!!!!!!!

This is a 10% relaxation/90% suggestion CD, not a hypnosis CD, so I can listen in the car. Hopefully the repetition will sink into my subconscious and help me attain a more positive attitude (although I was quite PO'ed while stuck in traffic this morning). The mood brightener track is just a truncated version of the main track, so that's a bit disappointing, and I can hear the narrator smacking his lips a lot, but if the CD ends up doing its job, who cares...?
