'Positive Thoughts for the Day' is all about reprogramming our subconscsious. If you thought this was impossible, just read this well-written book and you'll be amazed. Happiness is an attitude! As Deepak Chopra said" Life is like a tree and its root is consciousness. Therefore, once we tend the root, the tree as a whole will be healthy."

This is a fabulous book that does way more than just tell you about positive thinking. It gives you the what, why and how to lead a happier, more positive and more successful life. how many of us waste our days thinking about awful things that never happen. This book will explain in easy to follow and helpful language how to turn your life around and start making the most of the you that you have.

All of us could be more if we would just believe in ourselves and this book will not only help you think positive thoughts it will build your self confidence and put you into overdrive. Brilliant book I loved it.

I think everyone needs to add this book to their reading list. We all could use a little help when it comes to living a more positive, fulfilling, and happy life. Rachel does an excellent job of providing you with inspiration, ideas, and encouragement for generating positive thoughts everyday. She also reveals how to break destructive thought patterns and develop empowering daily habits. Sometimes I struggle with negative thinking, but after reading this book I have all the tools I need to control my thoughts and get what I want out of life. Positive Thoughts For The Day was a "pick me up" that I will be referring back to over and over again.

I enjoyed this book and found it very encouraging. As someone who is very prone to dwelling on negative thoughts, I found 'Positive Thoughts For The Day' a practical and do able guide that will assist me to think more positively.

The content is well set out and written in an easy to understand manner. There are plenty of examples and questions to help thew reader apply the book to the reader's personal situation. I particularly liked the section about why one should practise positive thoughts every day.

Even though chapter 2 seemed ( to me ) to drag a bit, ( a minor quibble which i am sure the author will take note of in the next edition) I still found the book most beneficial. It's actually the first time I have ever highlighted passages or bookmarked passages!! Highly recommended 5 stars
