All of us could be more if we would just believe in ourselves and this book will not only help you think positive thoughts it will build your self confidence and put you into overdrive. Brilliant book I loved it.
I especially like the Stop and Swap method because it's easy to remember and I'm all about making things easy!
There are clear and effective suggestions that Robins provides for her readers to use in all of these stages that she covers, which makes this book especially helpful. It’s not just a lecture, there are practical and common sense applications that are suggested to help the reader apply her lessons. And this is what sets Robins’ book apart from just an “advice” book—it offers the “how” part!
If you are looking for a way to try to reduce the number of negative thoughts in your life, then I recommend this book highly. And if you want to get better at living a positive and more fulfilling life, I recommend it too!
The content is well set out and written in an easy to understand manner. There are plenty of examples and questions to help thew reader apply the book to the reader's personal situation. I particularly liked the section about why one should practise positive thoughts every day.
Even though chapter 2 seemed ( to me ) to drag a bit, ( a minor quibble which i am sure the author will take note of in the next edition) I still found the book most beneficial. It's actually the first time I have ever highlighted passages or bookmarked passages!! Highly recommended 5 stars
