The Humpers are the greatest thing since the MC5,

Without a doubt, the Humpers are the greateset thing to happen to rock & roll in a long time. This record, and all other Humpers records, come out and kick you in the ass to tell you it's time to stop being such a sissy and listen to some real music

Sounds of Long Beach,

These guys and the Sublime in the early 90's put a face and a sound to the City of Long Beach. The underground scene was boiling over, and the Humpers and Sublime rouse to the top. Jeff Fieldhouse was the guitarist that drove their guitar oriented sound. Check out Jeff and Scott doing their thing again on the Comp. When Punkers Were Punk - Scott Drake with 8 Foot Tender. Those guys still rock!!!!!!!!

Wow! It's a shame that the mighty Humpers broke up 'cause we could use a little of thier raunchy, greasy and plain great punked-up rock'n'roll! These cats put on a killer live show and made some damn fine records that really defined the "punk rock'n'roll" sound. If you like The Devil Dogs and The New Bomb Turks, this record is for you.

"Ladies and gentlemen, we are the fabulous Humpers",

If you don't have everything ever recorded by the Humpers you're missing out on a great thing! Huge sound, catchy riffs, great Chuck Berry-like solos by Jeff Fieldhouse, Scott Drake's snotty vocals. You gotta love 'em. This record is deffinitely a great one to start with if you've never heard them. But be warned, this is real punk rock... not some watered down immitation.
