Tim Kahl brings a refreshingly uninhibited voice to discursive poetry. He's witty, while also displaying deep feeling for his subject matter. His stories flow, and are fun to read. He reminds us of our own youthful experiences from years past. He cuts to the bone in retelling the diminutive and the grand events of his and our pasts, with candor and feeling. He makes me smile.
