These tabs come in different colors & sticks enough to stay in place but not enough to damage the paper when removed. They're very useful for marking important points you want to go back to. For example, I use green to mark important points and red to mark really key/important points that I might want to use as a springboard for writing or further study.

3 - M Post it flags. Product is as described and they work like a charm. In all likelihood though you probably knew that. They fit perfectly in my Post-it dispenser.
