'Post Licensing Education for Real Estate Salespersons' (Florida) is a winner. This book along with the 'Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices & Law' and the 'Florida Real Estate Exam Manual for Sales Associates and Brokers' is the holy trinity providing any conscientious person the success at passing the course 1-2, state exam and post education course. I have compared O'Donnell's books to others and there is no contest. Together with Linda Crawford, O'Donnell has written a truly well organized clear, concise presentation of the huge amount of information that must be learned and mastered to satisfy the ever expanding government requirements. These books are college grade texts and are a dream to work with.I wholly recommend this book and its two sister books for anyone who needs to pass the state exam and post licensure course. You will also continue to refer to these books as a reference in your new career. |
