Right on target... WORK, The Challenge of the CyberAge!,
By A Customer
This review is from: Post-Work (Hardcover)
This is a collection of thoughtful essays on the future of work in the age of the Internet. It covers such topics as: the shorter hours movement; guaranteed income proposals; and the impact of computers in the white collar workplace. One of the central issues of the 21st Century, as yet little recognized or discussed, will be employment and, in particular, meaningful work in the Cyberspace Age. If this is so, this book is right on target. Reviewed by Gerry Stern, founding partner, Stern & Associates and HRconsultant.com.
