About the Author

ADAMS (formerly Mike Adams) is a writer and truly one of the last uncaged animals of Southern Indiana. In May of 2007 he boldly published a book of maniacal short stories entitled "Toilet Bowl Soup: Redneck Tales from the Armpit of America". Since its release, Toilet Bowl Soup has been well on its way to cult-classic status attracting readers with its absurd and immoral content. Stories that read from a twisted first person account of an insane society; involving junky amputees, trailer park Hispanics, sadistic rednecks and disgruntled busboys to name a few. The media has compared ADAMS to many of the great writers yet his unorthodox approach to story telling is frequently ignored by those who govern today's literary industry. Although few have published him in the past, most of the respected literary magazines refuse to include any of ADAMS' work in their publications. ADAMS is a true artist; risking financial ruins, legal consequence, and a life of hell to merely exercise creatively and contribute to the continued depravity of an uncivil society. Aside from his writings you can find ADAMS making cameo appearances in the films; Steve Balderson's WATCH OUT, Restraining Hollywood's TRUST ME, and Steve Balderson's PHONE SEX. ADAMS currently resides in Southern Indiana, where he continues to write his deviant tales. Legend has it that if you drive by his house just after sundown; you may find him perched atop his roof, strung out or hallucinating, screaming at the top of his lungs, simply waiting for his time to come when he can finally rest in peace.

5.0 out of 5 stars Dark poetry, December 27, 2009
Graphic and vivid imagery takes you down the rabbit hole of ADAMS mind in this book of dark poetry following the unfortunate title character on her inauspicious journey. A good but short read.
