Dan Mangan's music moves me to the core. His lyrics are deep and meaningful and his voice is very unique. This album has a balance of songs that move me in different ways. Some songs make me sad and others lift me up like no other. This is my favorite album bar none. I've become a huge fan overnight and own all of his music.

Saw Dan live in Winnipeg, travelling with Hey Rosetta! Having never heard of Dan and not expecting a second act on the card, it was a nice suprise. Talent never disappoints, Dan was a solo act but threw in with hey rosetta here and there and visa-versa... it was a grrreat show
