This is a GREAT idea! I LOVE being able to exercise WITH my baby! The floor exercises are a little too easy for me now, but the cardio segment is just right--not too strenuous, but you can definitely sweat with the added weight of the baby! For those of you with babies who don't sleep long enough to complete a full exercise routine (or if you just want to add a little variety to your workouts), this is the DVD for you! And your baby will love it--babies love being carried, right? My daughter is always ready for a nap right after the workout, which is perfect, because then I have time for a shower! I highly recommend this one!

A mother of 4, I absolutely love this video! I was always eager to get back to my regular aerobic class, but would quickly realize it was too intense for my recovering body. This video is awesome, Marie is a wonderful instructor, and I am motivated to get back into shape!
