5.0 out of 5 stars Harry ado, October 29, 2003

Harry est décevant. Pas l'histoire. Le personnage. Inévitable effet de l'explosion de l'adolescence chez lui et du renversement des appréciations qui l'accompagne. Effet dramatique d'une réalité humaine habilement et lucidement présentée par l'auteur. Celle-ci demeure cependant fidèle et lucide envers celui qu'elle a enfanté, pardonnant l'impardonnable, ouverte à son cheminement vers la maturité, et conduisant ses lecteurs à faire de même.

5.0 out of 5 stars Extraordinaire, September 29, 2003
By A Customer
J'ai lu le livre (en anglais pour le moment, mais vous pouvez être certain que je me trouve le français dès décembre) et j'ai adoré... le caractère des personnage est très solide et j'ai bien aimé la façon dont jk fait s'interrelier les événements.

5.0 out of 5 stars Harry's Transition to Adulthood, Growing French Level, July 7, 2011

This review is from: Harry Potter Et L'Ordre Du Phenix = Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (Folio Junior) (French Edition) (Mass Market Paperback)
This is, again, a perfect means to improve your French grammar for any anglophone who has fallen in love with the series in English. Reading it in French is just as pleasurable as in English, as the translation is superb. The names of characters, in particular, make this book worth the read in French. Furthermore, as the series progresses to have a more adult overtone, the level of French becomes more grammatically difficult, allowing for better incorporation of the French language. By no means is this book difficult to read in French, yet it is a perfect way, again, to improve your language skills as well as to reenter the world of Harry Potter!

Highly Recommended!
