I have mixed feelings about this doll. First...the volume for the voice is so loud that one can barely make out what it says (a piece of clear packing tape over the speaker solved that). Second, the doll does not bend in any form or fashion.....it would be nice if at least the arms could bend. Third, the clothes and hair are of a hard plastic. Fourth, it should come with a stand as it does not stand well on it's own at all. The first day it fell over and the wand cracked. Regardless of it's faults, my daughter loves the character, therefore likes the doll.

Shipment was fast! My daughter loves this doll. She loves what she says and plays with her often. Definitely would buy again.

I just love these 12" action figures from the HP series. For a collector they are great..I'm loving it..she's made very well and you can really understand what she is saying..loving it..

1 Hour out of the box and my daughter dropped this doll on the wood floor and it's leg snapped off. I was able to super glue it back on but still think it's not very well made and wouldn't recommend it. Although my daughter still things it's great and loves it.
