Bad umbrella/snapped in 2/hit my kid,

I had this umbrella for 2 years and it snapped in two pieces for no reason and hit my kid who was playing under it, not even touching it. The umbrella was kept indoors in the winter. Pottery Barn refused to address problem because my kid was not injured enough for them to investigate or replace the umbrella. They were rude, careless. I had a Hammack from them that was a recall and broke in two pieces. Bad customer service/and products although beautiful, very expensive and poorly manufactured (wood too heavy for supports), dangerous when kids are around.
