I bought this book blind because I really wanted a potty book quickly and I was buying something else from First Step anyway. What a waste of money.

It is a poorly written, badly drawn book that tells a pretty stupid story that makes little sense. The book is so badly done there are two glaring errors (and may be more, but I despise the book so much I have hidden it away and won't read it any more) - their is spelled "thier" in at least one place and at least once a little girl's name is not capitalized.

The drawings are LSD bizzare. Weird. And there is a weird character called "Mr. Penders" who follows the main character around. Weird, weird, pedeophia weird.

So. Find a better book!!

This book was actually terrible. The illustrations were poor, the rhyming scheme was worse and overall it was simply poorly made. We returned this item immediately after opening it as it was the not what we had expected and are focused on helping our daughter with toilet training. This book does not help - it is simply a waste of trees.

This is an EXCELLENT book! I don't know what the other reviewer was reading or thinking but it was not this book.
I bought this the 1st time around for my grandaughter when she was 2 and she is now almost 7 and has a baby sister who is 2 and ready for Potty Time. Unfortunately we lost the video and the book so I have repurchased it for her.We are looking forward with great anticipation to her "potty Time".
The video ,I think is what really makes it soooo great!
