We had a bunch of large tree limbs broken in a wind storm and this pole saw made quick work of getting them down. I like that the saw is balanced with the motor at the back which makes it much easier to use than an electic saw.

This tool never worked well. First, it wouldn't idle without stalling. After a little while it wouldn't start up again after stalling... and that was on the first day I tried to use it!

Many days later and the darned thing still won't start, and I can't even give it away for free. I've offered it to three people, and all they do is laugh at me:

"Slugg?? You bought a Poulan???"

[Haaawhaawhawhehehe...]

"Sorry. No offense intended, ol' fren', but... WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?????"
