This a great lawnmower. It does a good job mulching and cutting even in high grass. The key start is very easy to use. The wheels are easy to adjust - would like to have one device that adjusts all 4 wheels at same time, but it's not a deal breaker. Overall, great buy!

The mower works, battery charged right up, and it starts and cuts as it should - it comes fully assembled. One rear wheel isn't staying tightened, so it loses its horizontal cutting plane in time. When I figure out how to make that tighten permanently, I'll happy in full with the mechanics.

The manual is crap -- and that's a pity. They spend all that money designing a nice piece of equipment, and Poulan decided it's ok to put out one manual (fits all) for a bunch of different models -- this mower has features with no instructions as to their use. I'm sure it'll work well for years, but that sort of cheeziness means I'll not repeat with them or for other tools they offer. Hence the stars.

Don't waste any money on a front wheel drive mower. Spend a little more and you will get your money way worth by buying a read wheel drive model. Any rear-wheel drive mower is 10 times easier to push than a front-wheel model... Invest $100 more and you get what you really want.

I bought my Poulan Pro 625 with the 22" blade about 2 years ago. Of all the lawn mowers I've used in my life this is the worst of them all. I will say that is has good power, but thats thanks to Briggs & Stratton not Poulan. Other than they were smart enough to use their engine. I suppose is I had a golf course manicured lawn then this mower might be just fine. I am an average american though and my yard is not perfect. The catch bag is awful. The mower plugs up before the bag is full because it's delivery system does not get the cuttings to the back of the bag, so you only get about half the bag worth of use. Once the first 3 hour cutting of the year is finished. I use the side exit and just leave the clippings on the lawn. Well, this system isn't any better than the catch bag. The exit is to small and angled down so I am constantly having to stop and unplug the exit before I can continue. The mower looks great and is called a Pro, but I seriously doubt any Pro would use this mower, and I for one will not only suggest you steer clear of this machine, I will not purchase another Poulan mower.

This mower comes in a box, fully assembled! Easy to start with a key! The bag goes on and off easily. Or use the self mulching feature. Wow, easy, easy, easy to use. Powers itself across the lawn and up hills. Outstanding mower!
