This book is out of date in a fast moving industry. For $116, the typeface, paper and binding is extremely cheap. My copy looks like a poor photocopy. My copy is also missing pages 132 and 133. Totally dissatisfied! The publisher should be ashamed of ripping off students with books such as this!
