This is all about the vacation when you cant go on vacation....you know when work gets you down and it is another six months and another thousand dollars saved before you get time off.A great song by a great band.If Mike McClure keeps writing songs like this they wont be almost unknown for long. The band web page claims they are doing "American Music for the People "............ the only problem with that is this is too damn good to remain just American....... this is music the whole world needs to hear.

The Great Divide has done a good job of capturing a style which is in the vein of contemporary country music, but yet with the classic Jimmy Buffet style! And that's always reminiscent of a vacation. The result? It ROCKS!

I absolutely love everything they do! They're the perfect mix of rock and country. They're not too bad to look at either! I think they'll be around for a long long time.
