I've been trying for 2 weeks now, adding 1-teaspoon to my normal shake or yogurt. It dissolves easily. I feel more energy throughout the morning hours. What I like best is that it's from Brazil so it's the real thing and less expensive than other brands. The label was folded over a bit but that's ok. They ship fast - it arrived in my mailbox in 3 days. Thanks Amazon for offering unique items such as this...

My wife has been taking Acai for two months now. We had heard it could help with diabetics.

At least in her case, it did. Her sugars run about 30 lower and are more consistent. Plus she lost 10 pounds in one month without trying.

She was taking caps before this and we wanted something we could see. You never know about things that are hidden.

So this worked for her, but be careful if you use it, take your sugar several times a day until you get use to it.

Shipping was fast too. Good company.

Recently read about the Acai berry on list of 10 "power foods". This berry provides more nutritional benefits than blueberries, but is native to South America and unfortunately does not travel well. Checked on line and found it available in a powdered form. ;D Received my order quickly from the distributor, a green company. I mix it with yogurt and fruit for a great breakfast, but it would be great in a smoothy/milk shake. If you like berries, you'll love the taste of the Acai. It's easy to use, comes in a resealable pouch and is really tasty-a great find.
