About the Author

Pieter Gillis de Lange retired from DuPont Teodur in the Netherlands where he was the R&D manager and paint technologist. He has extensive experience working on various typs of wet and powder paints and is widely regarded as a powder coating pioneer. In 1961 he developed a commercially available electrostatically sprayed thermosetting epoxy coating powder.
