I purchased this one based on a recommendation by LED Wholesalers and am very disappointed. Compared with earlier models of their 395 nm 51-led flashlight, this 385 nm unit and their new 395 nm unit produce almost no visible fluorescence.
I have not appropriate equipment for analyzing the light (e.g. measuring spectra) but I'd guess something is seriously defective. On top of that, they state that that will not give cash refunds in most cases, which basically means that I've thrown away both time and money since I do not want a replacement or anything else from this company. Too bad ... used to be a favorite ...

I was hoping for a CSI-like flashlight to illuminate organic substances. Though very well made, it's ability is far short of what I expected. It can only fluoresce certain stains, on certain surfaces, under certain conditions. What was not made clear, is that the lights used in criminal investigation are VERY powerful, and are well beyond flashlights. This is no better than a small black light, and cannot even illuminate all known pet accident spots.
Once again, Hollywood reflects non-reality.

Pretty cool but emits lots of white light,

Flashlight's UV "black light" competes with "white light" which is visible. Some competing LED's emit pure black light so that the only thing that lights up is glowing or "fluorescing". So know what you want.
How much black light exposure is safe? Might be useful to at least give a pointer to something on the Internet. Peace out
