An attached ladder allows the child to climb up to bed. A blue upper tent with triangle peek-through windows shelters the mattress. Below the mattress and the supportive slat rolls, the lower level of the bed frame contains a covered hiding place in which children can play or a second mattress might be installed. The lower level’s green tent provides square peek-through, fold-down windows for the child to wave from. Tested and certified to meet all necessary safety requirements by independent testing labs, the bed frame and slide feature sturdy steel construction with a silver powder coat finish. The tents and tower are crafted out of 100-percent polyester microfiber fabric. The bed’s design accommodates a separately purchased twin mattress measuring from 74 to 75 inches long and 37 to 38 inches wide. Upon delivery, the bed frame requires home assembly. The assembled bed measures 82 inches wide by 102 inches deep by 93-1/2 inches high. Made in China, this item weighs 151 pounds upon shipping.

The top of the slides is tented with a tower with peek through, fold down window covers. Finished in Silver coat with Blue and Green Microfiber fabric tent, 100-percent polyester. Uses a standard twin size mattress (sold separately). Only use a twin size mattress that is 74-75" long and 37.5-38.5" wide. Bunk bed is tested and certified by an independent testing laboratory to meet all minimum requirements of ASTM F1427-07 and U.S. CFR 1213 and 1513. Some assembly required.

My husband and I purchased this bed for our son. The assembly was pretty simple but we found the labeling of the screws and things to be a little confusing. The overall stability of the bed is great! However, I wish the fabric on the tent was a little thicker. It is a thin material that looks like it may rip easily. I can see little pulls in the fabric just from where the velcrow closures have been stitched on.
