Really have no idea how nice this bed would be in person as they never shipped. Ordered in mid Nov and they sent me an email a few days later saying it was backordered till Dec 16th. Fine, we were going to wait. The 16th came and went without a word so I called a few days later and was told (after I called them!) that it had been pushed back again till Jan 18th. Well, not very good for a Christmas present and not happy that they were not going to notify us, so we cancelled. Customer Service was very nice and helpful and we did get our refund within the time frame. Would've rather had the beds though.

the bed does come as described. However I am not sure why it doesn't come with a bed frame. The description does say the bed frame is not included but i didnt notice it. My daugter and I had were really excited to put it together and when i told her that a piece (bed frame) was missing she was very disapointed. I have since bought a bed frame. now after 2 weeks of use the top rails that go to the crown, the crown screws have all stripped. I have looked for replacement rails to no avail. my only solution is to drill the holes all the way through and use nuts and bolts to put it back together.

This bed is for my grand-daughter. She loves it! My husband said a few choice words while putting together but he always does.. It is beautiful for a princess.
