As the founder of Software Intelligence Corporation in 1983, Kirk provides IT services and training to Fortune 1000 companies and government installations by designing and developing application software solutions, comprehensive training, and custom programming services. He has written two books and more than one hundred articles on technology and software. He’s also a frequent invited speaker at SAS and Oracle user group conferences and events. Kirk graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida with Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Management Science Systems Analysis. I am a software trainer and I am self taught via reading books and testing the software for various client needs.This books is definitely not a fluff book. I don't use AOL for my personal use but I provide one on one AOL training. This is one of the best written and informative software books I have read! Easy reading, many screenshots and organized very well! I hope the author writes more books.
