HORRIBLE PRODUCT! JUST THREW AWAY OVER $20,

This was absolutely the worst transaction I've ever had on Amazon. This product didn't work out the box! Immediately upon plugging in, my computer begins flashing...slowly at first, then more rapidly - then uncontrollably. No customer service or return help!! Buyer PLEASE BEWARE...these people are crooks!!
