Although the adapter I got works perfectly with my Dell Latitude D620, it's not the same adapter as in the picture. It's definitely not Dell. Feels lighter and cheaper than the original Dell adapter but it works just fine so far.

The power supply I ordered for my laptop was defective. I contacted the company and the rep asked me to send the info about my computer and the charger. I told her that the LED on the charger did not light up, indicating internal defect instead of compatibility issue. She was veyr nice about it and sent me a replacement immediately. I am impressed by how fast she solved the probelm and the friendliness of the service.

The adapter works as it should. I have had no problems with power to the laptop since I started using it. [My previous adapter had a frayed cord which would sometimes quit working. Hence, the need for a replacement.]
