Even though this product did not fulfill its purpose on my end after reviewing my orders and stating it wasnt what I had hoped for the customer service experts generously applied a refund to my card without even having to ask. arrived in good condition. But the product itself is not any good. It made me feel bloated and i didn't not lose any weight, and that is with a strict diet and excercise.
