This is a great introductory kickboxing tape. It goes slow enough to master the kickboxing moves yet is fast enough to keep up the heart rate. This is more of a beginner/intermeditate video. Advanced exercisers may find it a little to easy. Rachel Hunter is in the background and an instructor is teaching her so it really isn't a supermodel tape but an actual fitness tape. Well worth the money!!
