I agree whole-heartedly with the other reviewers. This is an incredible book, written by a very effective communicator. If you are open to looking at life differently, more powerfully, more positively, this book will literally help you change your life.

One of the most powerful, empowering, enhancing books I have read this year. Barker is such an amazing communicator and teaches a new approach to spirituality that is eye opening and life changing. Read it if you dare!!!

Over the last three decades I have read countless books on how thoughts and beliefs are the driving force of our lives. Many have been very fluffy with not much substance beyond, "Think positive". Author, Raymond Charles Barker uses a very practical approach to the premise of we create our reality.

I began reading the book as support material to a class I am taking at the International Spiritual Center of Eugene. Knowing I needed to read it to participate in the class yet thinking this would likely be like many other books I have read over the years, I was pleasantly surprised with the content. The author doesn't paint a flowering picture or simply give theory on how to adjust our thinking and create a more abundant life.

In page after page there are practical insights into the power of thought, thus the power of decisions based on thought. Decisions that are instrumental in manifesting the life of our dreams.

The Power of Decision will appeal to all levels of new thought students. I have very much enjoyed the information and recommend it to anyone who wants to add another excellent resource to your new thought library.

This is my bible to life. His direct tone in the book pushes you to BE greatness and accept nothing less than your dreams. He is truly my favourite author of all time and is an inspiration. All his books are fabulous, I have them all!

Read this book if you ever have doubts (or thoughts) about your human potential. The words in this masterpiece say it all. I am stronger and more authentic because of what Barker's writing has inspired in me. Divine work. I am eternally grateful to have found this book.

Warning - Do not buy this book unless you are really ready to take your life by the...horns. Seriously, it is potentially one of the most impactful books you will ever read.

I've just recently started the book; it's for a class I'm taking. So far, the I have enjoyed it and have gotten quite a bit of insight. Choosing to decide is very powerful. There's a reason books like this have so much staying power after all of these years.

The font is easy to read and the chapters are even broken down further into sub-chapters so you really get a clear understanding of what the author is saying. This is definitely the type of book you want to keep and refer back to it as many times as you want.

I participated in an on-line group based on this book so I read the book along with answering thought provoking questions. The experience was very empowering. I have gone back to the book several times and reread some of my very favorite parts.

This book changed my life. The author provides a wealth of information on how to make good decisions. He also combines personal experiences with humor in this delightful book. Truth be known, if an individual was to incorporate the wisdom contained in this book into the decision making process, there would be a lot less pain in each individuals world. Raymond Charles Barker provides processes for treating the subconscious blocks which prevent individuals from attaining their goals. These treatments include everything from creating new ideas, eliminating problems, creating happiness, removing the belief of lack and limitation, how to decongest your consciousness and how to create a fresh mind!

This book starts off a little strange, but then becomes decidedly weird. Basically, this guy's thought is that you and the universe (higher power, knowledge, whatever) are one and that you have all knowledge and ability in you already. You just have to realize that you are your own savior. Once I got that message, I knew I didn't need to read the rest.
