I type this message as I have been on hold for 30 minutes waiting for technical support. The access code they gave me to use the program does not work. This is my third day waiting for someone to call me back. Info USA in my opinion is very poorly run. They hardly care about satisfying a customer or providing users with a manual or better help desk. I am seeking a refubd and will never use them again

I can't say this program was a complete disappointment because I never got to see if it works. It wouldn't load. Neither would the second copy. And my retailer was tearful when I turned down his offer of a fourth copy to try. There's no manual and the vendor's web site has no software updates nor any links to technical help. I guess the vendor isn't interested in satisfying customers. No matter. With products like this the vendor won't be around long enough to worry about satifying customers. I'll find what I need from some other source.

Ordering this product has been a disappointment. It's disturbing to pay and not get an instruction booklet and have to tab through advertisements to get into the program.

Yes you can turn the ads off, but you only learn of that option after you scroll through the online help menu.

Glad my company is reimbursing the money!
