Isha Lerner is my hero when it comes to understanding the potential of flower essences. This book is poetic and beautifully written. Each essence is discussed in terms of the flower's history, the archetype associated with it, practical application and great stories about her own experience with the essence. The deck of Flower Power cards that go along with it make it easy to apply your understand the application and combinations of essences. I have clients choose cards that intuitively indicate the essences they need. Isha is unparalelled in this arena.
