There are several benefits from this DVD. First of all, its a workout DVD which gives a whole routine and explains possible variations.
Secondly, all is explained in an excellent way, My native language isn't English and I understand everything perfectly.
Thirdly, with this DVD you won't need a Gym. All of the workouts are done without weights.
One of the things I like the most about isometric is that you develop muscle without hurting your joints. This is perfect for me since routines like "circuit training" have some movements that can hurt my knee.
The exercises can be done at any time and they are easy to learn.

I bought this DVD along with the Power Isometrics book. The DVD is basically a demonstration of all of the isometric exercises found in the book, which is what you would expect. I guess the choice is up to you. You can either learn about the exercises in book format or DVD format. I liked having them both, but it's not really necessary. Still, I liked the DVD and I found it helpful. I'm also really enjoying getting fit and trim with isometrics.

I was expecting an exercise along with type video, this wasn't anything like it. Perhaps the book will be more explanatory. I think they should do more of an exercise with the people on the video type format instead.

Just found out about muscle activation and isometric exercises. I have had migraines for 15 years and tried everything. These isometric exercises really help to strengthen muscles that were not working. Would recommend
