Good for folks that want to find a workout routine without spending hours online or looking at giant manuals. Has info for bodyweight, resistance band, and weight workouts. Recommended for beginners or people who want to easily put together routines to stay toned.

Nothing really magical for people who are already well educated on fitness and weightlifting concepts.

Power Moves has a fresh and dynamic appeal. It is a nonsense compendium of simple yet powerful exercises that do not require a lot of fancy equipment. This book shows you or rather allows you to discover that the secret of success is not in purchasing the latest fad, "guaranteed" TV infomercial product but rather it is about having a workable system and consistency.

I think that anyone serious about their health and fitness, and follows with focus the instructions offered in this book, will indeed see results.

This book is great. Marco porvides easy exercises that you actually feel working your body as you move. I, literally, do them in my living room while watching T.V. What a smart, free way to tone up and slim down. Marco is brilliant!!

I saw this book at the grocery store and had a pull-up bar and
learned a lot more moves with the core and resistance training.

The book has lots of pictures and well written descriptions on a ton of workouts divided into the four motions.

I think working out starts with a respect. Once you develop a respect and healthy lifestyle then it gets much easier along with music. Working out also helps the mind in so many ways from stress to clear thinking.

Diet is a large forgoten factor to working out. Small adjustments likes no calorie sweeteners are a great substitute along with Dr. Weil's food pyramid diet. Type in a search for something and he has a large amount of studies to express his views. Great for learning about what vegtables to buy organic.

I also recommend running on your days after a workout in helping let out the lactic acid. I did about 5 years of martial arts-ussd and learned a lot about self respect both fun and challenging. A lot of wonderful people trying to stay in shape. 24 hour fitness is another great place with more exercise equipment than I ever dreamed of.

Lastly, a key belief I find is letting things go. The more we can let go of the things on our minds the more silence and strength in yourself can play a big part in where your headed. So let go, let go and set goals you know you can achieve and stick to it.
