quick read, helpful reminder
I just read through this, and although I must admit I was about 80% of the way through before it struck a cord, I have bookmarked some pages & passages and plan to keep it on my Kindle when I need a quick refresher on dealing constructively with problems that arise, especially when I feel pressured to be Pollyanna-ish about things.
