It's a good CD for teaching a Pilates class. Upbeat, but not too over powering. The music does not get in the way of the verbal cueing.

I use this CD regularly for the Pilates classes that I teach and my students comment that they enjoy the music.

I just love this CD for practicing Pilates and its great to listen to when just relaxing or driving around town. I really enjoy the percussion and global feel that the music has!

I heard this in one of my pilates class. The music is very energizing. The drums and percussions used in many of the melodies are just right, and provided me a boost going through the routines. I will be practicing to it on my own from now on.

I just bought this and used it in my Pilates class for the first time today. My students loved it and I loved it too. It is even great for easy listening while cleaning your house or enjoying a nice afternoon relaxation.
