This review is from: Power Plunger Drain & Toilet Plunger - Air Pressure (Misc.)
Don't waste your money on this piece of junk. The seals around the plunger leak badly and do not force much pressure out of the end, so you have to really pump fast and hard , which makes for a splashy disgusting mess. Try the CO2 plungers instead.

This thing is basically a can of compressed air that you stick down the drain. It doesn't produce enough pressure to move a clog. In a modern style toilet, the rubber cup around the end that's supposed to form a seal isn't able to conform to the contours and you wind up doing nothing more than making lots of big air bubbles in the toilet. This may be useful as a form of entertainment for the chronically bored but don't expect it to accomplish much beyond that.

The first review that said it was poorly sealed and made a mess was spot on. On the other hand, given I had unfortunately had two bathrooms get stopped up, and one remained plugged even when I used a snake, I figured if I had to pay $300 to get a professional snake, or $100 to get a plumber out once, or a few bucks for this, I'd give it a shot -- and it did actually clear up what a standard plunger and snake could not.

So it's worth a try, but it could be designed MUCH better.
