It is too bad when someone makes a decision without checking the facts.

Right - It is designed to taste yummy instead of like a radish or grapefruit. So tasting good is a bad thing?

"I asked myself why am I consuming all this sugar?"

The problem with that comment is that each POP has only 2 grams of sugar in it.

The Pops do what they are supposed to do, which is curb hunger. I have no argument with his other suggestions. But when you have problems with the "hungry horrors" or with not knowing when to stop, the Pops are very helpful.

These arrived in two days and were better than I had expected. Nearly every flavor tasted great and I tend to be picky. The appetite supressant didn't last extremely long, but they gave me something to reach for when I wanted something sweet. They last about 30-45 minutes depending on how aggressive you are lol. What I liked about them best is that they gave me the time I needed to think, "do I want that cake?" Usually afterward the answer was no! I would love them more if they had Stevia in them rather than Corn Syrup... but they evidently only have 2g of sugar per. It's true that they are a bit grainy, you can feel the ground Hoodia but I didn't find this to be a problem unless you tried to chew the lolli-pop. All-in-all a great product, I already ordered more!

The trial size bag of Power Pops is a good way to try the product before spending higher amounts of money for the regular size (30 pops) bag. The Chocolate Mousse flavor is my personal favorite. Overall, I think the Power Pops do a good job of curbing, but not killing, hunger. They are designed to curb hunger just for the duration of a meal and maybe up to a few hours after that. They're not like some Hoodia pills that you take once for an effect that lasts all day. So I end up using 3 or 4 pops in a day depending on the number of meals I eat that day. After I finished the trial sized bag, I went on to purchase the full size bag and then continue to use them regularly as a diet aid. I would recommend the Power Pops to other dieters.

It tasted like nothing more than a hunk of candied sugar on a stick. These are NOT cheap either. Don't waste your $$$$.
After 2 pops, I asked myself why am I consuming all this sugar? The remainder is still sitting in my drawer. Try a real diet altering lifestyle, like drastically reducing your sugar intake and see the pounds melt and energy boost. As always, there are no magic pills, lotions or pops. Eat clean and be happy! :)
