Her books are so well written and easy to get into. I love them. They are full of biblical information, so their source is very reliable. They are great when you need a boost, when you are worn down, or just feeling lost. They help remind me what a positive person I can be. I definitly recomend these books, all of her books.

This book is similiar enough to the new addition that I am doing a Bible study with it and following along just fine with the other ladies who have the new version. All of the chapters are the same and the questions and readings at the end are the same too. It is great that it is easy and interesting to read but that is the reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5. It isn't extremely challenging or thought provoking and it probably isn't a book that I would need to re-read so I can't give it a complete thumbs up. It is a good book for when you are busy with life though. I love that a bonus book is added that I haven't got to yet. Any book to keep me positive in any way is worth it.

I've enjoyed this book, and it's great for asMOM's groups. Not alot of homework, and great discussion topics.

I love this baby book. In fact, I am getting another one for our second baby. I SAY THIS IS the PERFECT BABY BOOK. It's very detailed and complete. I've looked for a lot of baby books when I was pregnant with my first and this is the only one that I found "most complete" in all of the books I've found. It has pages for pregnancy records, picture(s) of when I was pregnant, pictures of the baby's ultrasound, picture(s) and details of the baby shower, shower gifts, etc. It has a page each about the baby's birth details, hospital i.d's, birth announcement, birth certificate, newspaper horoscope (birthday), "sign of the times" (like world leaders, price of newspaper, price of milk, postage stamps used and dollar bills, etc), news and other forecasts on the day the baby was born (keep the newspaper you get from the hospital), a family tree, family pictures and portraits, nursery room picture(s) and details, arrival celebration details and so much more. I love that there are plenty of space for the details of the baby's FIRSTS (first bath, first fruit juice, first smile, lifted head, plays in crib, etc). There are also pages for hand and foot prints, bath picture, first haircut (you can attach the baby's hair) details and pictures (the before and after), baby's food reviews, first words, and lots of many other firsts. Pages are also available for favorite toys and books, scribbles, portraits, and more pages for more baby pictures. There are pages for the baby's growth chart, growth graph, medical history, and immunizations which I always fill in every "well-baby visits." I love the baby teeth page where you get to fill in which tooth came in first and when, and which tooth falls out first and when, and also a page for baby's dental records (with baby's picture), a page for tooth fairy visits. There are also plenty of pages available for the baby's first birthday party which I really really liked. There's also a page for "babysitting instructions" that you can just scan, print out, and fill-in every time you need a babysitter. I LOVE LOVE the plastic pouch at the very back where I kept tickets for sports games that baby went to, his immunization records, and what-not. It really comes in handy. This is really a great baby book to have and keep for years.
