I bought this book mistakenly years ago. I was looking for a book and they have a smiliar title, however i ended up ordering the wrong one. I placed this one on a shelf and even poked holes in it while talking on the phone at one time. Years later, I was at a time in my life where i was trying to change my life and become more positive. I have some christian background, so this book ended up being a great positive influence. One day i picked it back up off the shelf wondering why i had never really given it a chance. It became one of the best read books in my life. It was powerful, and provoked every emotion I had. Yes it has spiritual influence in it. That is what i love about it. Nothing that man writes alone is worth much to me. The best books are the ones that are influenced by God.

This book proved to be a turning point in my life. I did not read it as Christian sermon but as a life changing book. I still possess a copy after 20 years and it still helps me.

I read the front and back cover of this book. The back cover gives a reasonably long description of what the book is about, but it does not mention religion anywhere. I was after a motivational book on positive thinking but instead I got a christian sermon. The description of this book is misleading. This is a book for christians looking for motivational inspiration thru prayer and the bible, for anyone else it is useless.
I returned this book to my local bookstore and exchanged it for another.
