I bought to give to clients as I am a counselor and I find myself copying out of it. I am going to buy several copies! I reccomend to anyone with a teenager! Great posivie and informative book! Very easy to read!

This book has good ideas and is easy to read. HOwever, I was somewhat surprised by the overall religious nature.
I intended to give it to a high school student in a public school. I alerted him to the large focus on religion. He was okay with this because he is somewhat of a spiritual person. If I had known this beforehand, I would have chosen a different book.

Very interesting, there is a story about a little girl who has the same problem that my son has and it's the cause for him to be negative... I've looked through it and there are some stories that are very interesting.. :-)
