This is an extremely valuable book for wives in many stages and many areas of success and difficulties in marriage. This talented author gives encouragement, hope and clear guidelines on God's plan for wives. She is very honest in the challenges that wives face today and gives Biblical counsel to face the struggles we all share. Mrs. Ladd is a very gifted writer -- she writes with her heart, humor and encouraging compassion. A must read for all wives who want to make a postivie difference in their marriages and in generations to come

I read this book and was very amazed that Karol didn't convict me for feeling certain things about my marriage or husband. She made me feel very comfortable with what I was feeling and gave great pointers and scripture to send me in the right direction. My husband and I haven't had the same relationship since. Thanks Karol.

This book is for every woman that truly desires a more loving and closer relationship with her husband as well as protection for her marriage. Karol has provided real life stories and bible verses to encourage and inspire us. What a special blessing we can give our children as we mirror the kind of wife God desires for us.

Karol's book, Power of a Positive Wife, is a great resource to help any marriage become better & stonger. These principles really work and can help produce a relationship with your spouse that moves it beyond good to GREAT! This book encourages us all to pursue the best marriage we can and not settle for less.

Still currently reading this book but it gives great insight on how to change your outlook on things as a wife which should result in a better marriage!

As a newlywed, I was in search of a book on how to be a great wife. This book has taught me so much. It read VERY easily and I even found myself chuckling aloud several times. It usually takes me weeks to get motivated enough in a book to finish it, but I read this one in three days! I couldn't put it down, and now it has become my "reference book" on how to be a great wife. There are some very nifty ideas on how to do everything from budgeting to setting up dates with your spouse! I highly recommend this book to any woman that wants to be a better wife!!

This book is very helpful and is great. I recommend it to wives who just need some time to their self to reflect.

If you are looking for a book that encourages Christian wives in staying positive, you should read this book. Maintaining a positive attitude is not only good for wives as individuals, it is also good for their marriages. That being said, if you have a "me first" attitude and care nothing about being positive and encouraging so that you can have a positive effect on your marriage, don't bother reading it.
