If your child is a Power Rangers fanatic like my son is then he or she is sure to like it. I like how two people can play it at one time but you might have a problem with bumping in to each other. My son likes to use his sword so I really have to be careful and not get hit. It takes a while for it to load the game and get to the action. There is also a delay in the sensor picking up but once it does it works okay. I was not able to recalibrate with the Kinect sensor like I wanted to either. One thing's for sure, you will get a good workout from it! I'm talking tired and sweaty..

Bought this for my six year old who is a power rangers junkie. Don't mind the teen rating-it is no more violent than the tv show, and he can easily play it by himself.

My two kids (9 & 3) love Power Rangers, so I thought this would be an OK gift. The LOVED it! It did a lot more than I thought and the kids were "tired" after battling the creatures! A "win - win" for everyone! LOL

Why make a teen Power Rangers game?? My son is 5 (loves Power Rangers) and this game was too hard for him. It was even too hard for my gamer 10 yr old son! Good luck finding a 16 year old that likes Power Rangers. Nice graphics and stuff, just too hard for the Power Rangers demographic.

I bought this game for my son for Christmas, and he loves it!! Power Ranger's are his favorite action figures, and he plays it all of the time.

my 4 year old loves it! i have too help him with the initial set up but once he's playing, he's in heaven as long as that darned kinect sensor sees him but the game itself is great. He loves to pretend fight the monsters as his favorite red ranger! And even when older kids come over & play with my son they are all entertained by this game.

Does anyone have a true teen (13+) that would play/like the power rangers? I get this is due to the violent nature of the game, but come on!

As for game play, it's poorly crafted. We have many other Kinect games that can register our 4-6 year olds just fine, this game has a real trouble. The only redeeming quality, it was $10

I have no idea how anyone could possibly give this thing more than 2 stars! It's really bad and I'm very happy that this was just a rental for me! The stars I give it are for presentation only (it looks good and has several clips from the show.) The music is good too- all from the show I believe. Also the training is hit and miss. The problem with the presentation however is the cut scenes! OMG the cut scenes! The same ones over and over and over in every single level! Between that and loading times you do more waiting in this game than fighting! It should be called Power Rangers Stand There And Wait Simulator! Also there is no explanation whatsoever for who anyone is! Not the rangers, not the enemies, not the story...nothing! Seriously guys!!!
And then there's the fighting. Swing your arm (doesn't matter which one) from side to side and the occasional vertical strike, dodge, jump, and duck when called for. Simple and not that bad. Except for the fact that the kinect can barely regitster and of your movements accurately! You have to continually 'attack' to move forward instead of the game doing it automatically like it should. The kinect cannot read that simple arm swiping motion half the time! Then the special moves are a problem because the instructions on how to do these finishing moves are so vague it takes forever to figure out what the hell you're supposed to do! They don't make it clear! It is tremendously annoying, frustrating, and definitely not worth it! Not even for the fans! Rent it if you must play it.

MY four year old boys absolutely love the Power Rangers and have all the ninja gear. They received a Xbox 360 with Kinect from Santa and we broke out the Power Ranger game immediately. They love it! Sometimes it can be hard for the Kinect to read them as they are only 42 inches tall but it is really cool how it puts their images on the screen with the 5 power rangers, this is a huge hit! It has three different modes; training where they learn moves, battling bad guys on rooftops (they get to pick which ranger they want to be a big hit in our house as one is red and one is blue) which is a little difficult because they are supposed to do certain moves to move on or get power ups and it doesn't track them well enough for this so instead they just sit and battle the bad guys for a long time (great for wearing them out!) and then another training which we haven't tried yet. IT does test their patience though since it has a hard time tracking them so be very encouraging or they will not think the game is worth it...
