The main villains in these videos are: Scorpious, Trakeena, Furio, Treacheron, and Destructso (for the PRLG ones) Diabolico, Vypra, Loki, Impus, and Jinxer (for the PRLR ones)

The show is awesome so this video of episodes from the series is awesome as well...The stories were great...great villains, great characters and awesome special effects.
